Xbox Android App 2009.1016.2010 won't connect to my Xbox (details in comments)

hi, i'm also from iran and suffer exactly this problem too. BUT surprisingly in my android phone just when I connect to a US proxy it works and connects to "Xbox live" service with android Xbox app, otherwise throw an error!!!

So I try any kind of setting for proxy on my PC and get no answer just error code: 0x8015Dc0B.

I think there is a ban from Microsoft itself, but I don't know why proxying traffic on PC won't work except on android.

I'm having the same issues as OP. Running Android 4.4.2. The comments feature in the Xbox App used to work fine, up until a couple of weeks ago. Since then, every single item in my activity feed shows no comments and says "Be the first to comment", whether
there are already some there or not.

Tried clearing the app's cache, then when that didn't work, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and the problem still persists. Comments work fine in the Windows 10 app, as well as when viewing my feed on the console itself.

Being that viewing and adding to comments is probably 90% of what I use the Android app for, this is a pretty frustrating problem to have.

If the issue is this widespread pretty sure we are aware of it and looking into it. I will also mention it to a few people and see what I can find out, as I checked my app on my iPhone as well and don't see comments either. It most likely something to do
with the Xbox app and phone being they have to be written different than a PC or console. I will let everyone know if I find out anything.
