Please do not create multiple accounts on the forums to post about something that you've already been answered on in the past.

Xbox Forum Guidelines:

"20) Do not create multiple forum accounts. Each person is allowed one account only. Alternate accounts will be permanently banned, and offending users will be subject to both temporary and permanent bans."

"27) Do not repost content a moderator has removed, repost a topic that has been locked, remove a post edited by a moderator or post about forum moderation decisions."

I will repeat this again and has been repeated countless times on these forums if you just search "Enforcement", there is no support for Enforcement actions on the forums. Nobody from customer support nor the forums can help with Enforcement actions. Either
you submit a case review from the enforcement website if eligible and your case is review by the enforcement team or you wait out the suspension, that is all there is to it.

I don't even game with this account and as you can see the only game is FIFA. From what I've been reading there are some type of hacking going on with FIFA.

Furthermore, I'm afraid to contact support because I don't want to speak with anyone outside the USA. I've read to many nightmarish stories with support outside of the USA where people got their account deleted, etc, etc.

To be honest, yes. Windows Store updates require you to have Windows update service enabled. What we can suggest is to download the updates and then disable it again, which we do not recommend though.

I hope you understand the risk of disabling Windows update.
