    xbox and microsoft store dont work


    hey guys so ive been having this issue for months now and im really runing out of patience;

    i have games that i wwant to access on the xbox app (sea of thieves) and i have beforehand had this working fine however now whenever i go to open the xbox app or microsoft store they are force closed and do not open.

    i have tried evrything i have found online and literally nothing is helping me

    anyone know anything?

    Yep the only games that work are EA games like plant vs zombies which dont require the xbox or microsoft store to launch but instead the EA app meaning it's the xbox/microsoft store app's fault.

    Has anyone who encountered this problem purchased the games from the xbox 360 dash instead of the microsoft store on xbox one or the website? Because if it works from the xbox 360 store then that might be the reason why. All it would take is a refund to microsoft
    store credit and just repurchase from the 360 store instead of the website or xbox one store.

    I try it from Microsoft Store and its works. Game was added to xbox app, but when i want some game from xbox app, app still saying that i need purchase game pass. I dont understand. But at all, i can downloading games from pass, but only from Microsoft Store.

    i dont know how the model wich the microsoft store on xbox works with.

    it feels like it is a store issue. I buy something in the store en after the download i am not the owner of certain parts of what i bought.

    thats basicly the point. does forza has anything to do with the microsoft store making me the owner or not of certain things?
