xbox and microsoft store accounts

this i don't think is a common issue but. my X-Box account uses the same e-mail address as my windows account. when i try to play minecraft in both Bedrock and Java. it says on java "play offline" and on bedrock it says "trial" and something always pops up like "Accounts in microsoft store and in launcher (MC) do not match" and a window that blocks my screen from xbox just says "welcome back!" and i can either switch accounts or lets play. but when i click the icon it just shows up 2 seconds later. i've tried to fix it but i cant do anything! please help!

Hi Rabumbel!

Be sure to login your correct account from the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.

Launch the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Xbox.
Select your gamerpic, then select Settings.
Under Account, select Change my Microsoft Store account.
Follow the on-screen instructions and sign in to the Store with the Microsoft account you used to purchase the game.

i typed the weird thing in windows powershell and it said "deployment failed" do i just try again?

If you are sure you are signed in on the Microsoft store with the same Microsoft account as the one you are trying to play the game with, please follow the instructions below:

- Go to start > Search for PowerShell > Right click > Run as administrator. Type the following command and press enter:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

(this command can show you some errors, this is normal, just wait until it finishes)

- Click on Start > Search for Credential manager > Windows credentials. Search for Xbl|DeviceKey, click on it and then Remove. Also, remove all the XblGrts and XboxLive credentials.

- Delete Accounts and Cache folders at:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

- Press Windows + R. Type WSRESET and press enter.

- Restart your computer. Check your computer region/country and language and please make sure it is the same as your Microsoft account (https://account.microsoft.com/profile). Also check your time zone and date/time is correct.

- Open the Microsoft store and double check if you are signed in with the same Microsoft account as the one you are trying to play the game with. Open the Xbox app and sign in with the same account.

Try to play Minecraft again and please let me know how it goes.
