    xbox and ea play same account problem


    I have xbox series s and 2 microsoft accounts for xbox. also i have a pc and ea play membership. İ use one of the same microsoft accounts for the pc. When i looked at the account in ea play, i see that account is linked with xbox. i want to play with my friend for example Battlefield V with xbox and pc together. Both of devices have same game and friend accounts but they cannot see each other. So we can not communicate and invite. How can we solve this?

    EA Play recognized on Console but not on PC!

    I originally got it through the EA Access on Xbox which has been renamed EA Play. My Xbox account is linked to my EA account on the EA app just fine. I believe I have it regardless of Xbox Game Pass since I do not have Game Pass. My problem is that on the Xbox console I can download the EA play apps but on the same account on the Xbox PC app I cannot download EA Play apps. I have been trying to get Star Wars Battlefront II which can be found on the Xbox App, which then tells me I have to have EA Play to download, which as previously explained I pay a subscription for and am able to use on my Xbox console. I am just confused as to why my EA Play works on the console but not the PC through the Xbox App on the same account.

    I got the same "age" problem on fifa11, my xbox-live age is 16... It has to do with your EA-account age (same with me) and I do not know how to change it. I have an EA-account on my pc but does our xbox's use the same account?

    Hi, try when possible download a game to the Xbox.

    By the way, your birth date on the EA account is the same as the one from your Microsoft account?
    If yes please double check that

    And as the problem is happening only with EA games, worth contact their team to see if something in your EA account is causing this problem

    Yes i have the same problem i cant link my EA account to xbox, I’ve follwed all the steps on EA website to link my account and nothing works.

    no error code, nothing happens at all

    i did change the account and same problem

    also note that it force us to use EA app in order to launch the game, i tried repairing the ea app but same problem

    theres no option to repair the game in EA app nor in the xbox app..
