    Hello,

    My name is Brian Shelly and I am a 51 year old cancer patient who is going paralyzed due to post cancer surgery damage. My hands are especially a problem because post treatment has left me with either no feeling at all in them or severe chronic pain. I bought
    an xbox 360 because I watched my children play on it when they were younger, and the controllers definitely require sharp motor skills and coordination, so I figured why not? The xbox has broken, the disc tray will no longer open and I can't afford to have
    it repaired or replaced, but my pre loaded games are working, and let me say that playing on my xbox is the best physical therapy for me, it's actually the only thing that keeps my hands from completely locking up on me. I wrote all of that to say this, not
    only has my xbox 360 disc tray stop working, but someone keeps hacking into all of my accounts and I am afraid to buy anymore online because of it. I've literally had to change accounts and passwords over 5 times, not to mention wait on new debit cards to
    arrive when it's done. I need help, nobody seems to care, I don't mean a donation, but even the bank has done nothing at all to find out who keeps hacking into all of my Microsoft Accounts. I would love to save a few bucks from my disability check each month
    and get to try the xbox one, but I can't afford the loss, not financially, physically or emotionally. I need someone to actually look into who is hacking me and take legal action, not keep on resetting passwords and emails. If anyone can help me with this

    I've done all of those precautionary measures, however he has the funding to just keep on going. it's ok thought, because sooner or later someone will catch him. it's the squeaky wheel that gets the grease, lol.

    hey there,

    I know for a fact that at least 5 of my Microsoft accounts have been hacked. I've been dealing with this for years, but I'm done. If everyone else can post things on social media sites, then I will be doing the same, sooner or later he's going to get busted.

    Brian,

    I'm not certain I can figure out who's hacking into your Microsoft account, but I know there are measures to prevent anyone from getting into your account. First I would recommend changing your password to a random string password, not an easy to guess
    password or number combination, but a truly random password. Then you can set up two factor authentication and/or use the Microsoft Authenticator app to help keep your account secure. Learn about setting up

    Keep up the gaming, I know its gotta be tough going, but every little bit helps!

    I've done everything that I could possibly do, the problem is that I can't afford to keep buying cellphones and laptops, and replacing debit cards, or even pay for my medications at times. I do know that sooner or later someone is going to figure it out
