If the suspension is overturned, you'll want to email Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com about getting back into the program.

have you had an email from the enforcement team, abiut your ban? if so you should be able to appeal this offence and have it removed.

however just be mindful on the messages you send and what you do say as we have to be a great example to the xbox community

unfortunately, once removed from the program there's no way to get back in.

There is supposed to be an update released today that is supposed to address the XP and Tenure issues. However, there has been no announcement and as of now the fix has not been put in place. So users saw a very small amount of XP added but not what has
actually be done. Keep patient and it will eventually get fixed. Thank you,

It seems the site is buggy right now and not working however everything you do is being recorded and once the site is working again it should show all the xp you earned/people you helped.
