Xbox Ambassadors

Recently I received a communications ban, not really sure why I received the ban because the only people I talk to are people I know in real life and out of the 9+ years I’ve had Xbox live I’ve never received a ban. So I’m wondering why one I recieved the
ban and two why I got removed from the Ambassadors Program for a ban that I have no clue why I recieved in the first place.

They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com To the enforcement team, it doesn't matter who you're talking to. If you say or do something that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

Part of the requirement for being an Ambassador is that you not have an enforcement action. So once you receive one, you are removed from the program.

Thanks for reaching out here in Forums. Unfortunately you will not be able to reach the Ambassador Community Expert or Ambassador Forum. If you are an ambassador, I'd recommend reaching out to your Ambassador Community Expert that was assigned when you
became an Ambassador.

Log in to your account that is registered/qualified for the Xbox Ambassador Program

Are you sure you are a xbox ambassador? it doesn't have you listed as a ambassador under your name like the rest of the ambassadors

Ambassadors who have not completed the ambassador quizzes won't have that nomanature in forums
