Xbox Ambassador: Stuck on Getting Started

The game gets stuck at the "Xbox 360" screen when starting the game on the Xbox One. Tried all the suggestions by the Ambassador, including uninstalling and re-installing this nearly 10Gig downloadable (took 2+ hours download time on Cox Cable) game. The
results were the same - stuck at the "Xbox 360" screen trying to start the game. I'm playing on a manufacturer refurbished Xbox One bought direct from Microsoft. Can this be fixed? Please advise.

Hi, are you talking about the quiz? You need to complete it at a good enough score to show it as being completed.

Silverlight is only needed to access the Ambassabank, so without a compatible browser you would not be able to use that.

You can then just help out on the forums instead and that will be tracked, no need to use the Ambassabank to handle questions.

Although I notice you do not have the forum badge just yet. As long as you can see your profile on the above-linked page, though, you should be fine and assists will be tracked.

It can take some time to update. If it doesn't update within 24 hours, use the link at the very bottom of the site to report it as a bug.

Please keep in mind that Ambassador issues should only be posted in the Ambassador forum (which you'll have access to once you reach level 1). If you need further assistance until then, you'll want to reach out to a Community Manager or use the Discord server.
