The website itself has been a little hit or miss for the past couple of days, but it's being worked on. You can try going through https://ambassadors.microsoft.com/xbox/ambassador-pledge to
get to the pledge. If that still doesn't work, you may want to try another browser or try waiting a bit and then try again. If it still doesn't work, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff for assistance.

There are known issues with the site currently. Staff will not be back until tomorrow at 9am PT. If you're still having issues with it after that, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.
