Xbox Ambassador information not updating since I changed my Gamertag

Hi, I've been trying to figure out why I haven't been able to access any ambassador features for quite some time now. It seems like my old Gamertag (CrunchLunch) is still registered into their system. Because of this, I'm stuck in a state where the site
thinks I'm in the program, while not actually being able to do anything. I am also not able to reapply, as the option to do so disappears when signing in. I think this all stems from my email being recognized, but my Gamertag being out of date. Am I able to
have this altered for me? Would be much appreciated.

As of right now, I can only access the profile tab at the top of the webpage. Any other page will inform me that I need to become an ambassador first.

You would need to send an email to L: xboxambs@microsoft.com in order to contact Ambassadors staff so they can check into it for you.

You may also want to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you've had any enforcement actions since then. An enforcement action would have removed you from the program and you
would no longer be able to rejoin.

Yes that's correct but I can't actually access the Ambassador section because I changed my gamertag. In the past whenever an Ambassador changed his/her gamertag they needed to inform the Ambassador staff (or by email) so their profile could be updated within
their system.

Maybe that's changed now as I haven't been on for a couple of months however, I could be wrong.

As all ambassadors have previously mentioned, if you have already changed your gamertag or selected a Gamertag already you won't be allowed to change your Gamertag for free. Here is some more Information on "How

I can successfuly change gamertag (using new system) there:

Yeah same here. I changed my Gamertag and now can't access Xbox Ambassadors. I don't have (or want) twitter or facebook, so how do I update that? Thanks in advance
