    There is a person on Xbox that his harassing me, and claiming that he is an Xbox ambassador. And he is in my party as we speak. Is there anyway I can get hold of a Xbox or a former employee of Microsoft immediately?

    Impersonating xbox staff is a violation of the rules which she would be doing if she isn't actually xbox support.

    Ambassadors do not work for Microsoft though.

    Best to just report her via your console & if she is impersonating staff then she will be dealt with.

    On Live itself you can't really tell, but almost anyone can be an ambassador anyway so they may not be lying.

    Hey Storm,

    ambassador or not - if somebody is harassing you, block and report the person and enforcement will take care of the person.

    Only difference is, if he really is in the ambassador program, he will be kicked !
