    So i got back on my account when someone took it from me i went to view profile and i notice my badge was gone then i checked online to see what happened and it told me tht i got banned when i wasnt even on my account so plz help me what shoild i do can
    i have my badge back?

    Welcome aboard ;) Have you looked at joining the Ambassadors Club on your Xbox? You don't have to be an Ambassador to join.

    Join from the app, and an administrator will grant you access to it.

    The club is not the same as the program and anyone can join that, Ambassadors and non-Ambassadors. As far as the program, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff.
