    The only badges available for non-Microsoft employees is the badge for being an Xbox Ambassador or an Xbox MVP.

    They have an MVP type program like MS has but PS MVPs are equivalent to Xbox Ambassadors. One of the mods here is an MVP over there.

    I agree on the account of Ambassadors... not all of them, but some. However, I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with MVPs, and the badge they have is useful on the Forums, as they have moderator privileges.

    I don't see anything wrong with that and Microsoft MVP is definately a better status than Xbox Ambassador. I just know that neither, neither are paid by Microsoft because I looked into the Microsoft MVP program on their site after being duped a bit.

    The only badges for non-employees are the Ambassador badge and Xbox MVP.
