    Well first it's hard to enforce such rules because dispute what you think ddos does not go thru the xbox network as it would knock off the server NOT YOU

    UNLESS he mentions or harass you they can't tell what they are doing to you

    That's something you need to take up with your ISP

    RACISM? WE DON'T PLAY THAT.

    As stated, Microsoft (and Sony) have the tools in place to report that type of behavior to keep it off Live.

    You may want to take a look at the forum guidelines as well as petitions are not allowed.

    This current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live

    It is normal when you have some type of ban in the account for behavioral behavior, it is necessary that the period of restriction passes and this can be varied

    They ban people daily for this type of behavior. The most you can do is file a complaint, and submit a player review. Xbox reviews all reports.
