Xbox all of a sudden stopped being able to connect to my internet

You have tried all recommended troubleshooting steps. When you said reset the console, did you mean reset the console to factory defaults (system reset)?

Since it is working with your hotspot, it's probably not a hardware issue.

Are you connecting to your home network via Wi-Fi or a LAN cable? Is it not working with both?

Have you tried to restart your router and call your Internet Provider?

If you haven't performed a system reset, please, give it a try.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

My Netflix always has an internet connection error I'll watch a movie and it will all of a sudden stop and its usually the internet error message all the time but my internet is great and it never happens when I play games online just with Netflix though

Depending on the quality of internet. It may not let you connect.

I am having the exact same problem! My Xbox was connecting fine to the internet yesterday but all of the sudden its not working! My Ethernet is connect to my laptop and i have tried everything i could..

Nevermind. Just reset the modem to factory settings and it solved the problem.
