    Xbox All Access Upgrade


    I signed up for the All Access Upgrade last September through Amazon / Citizens One. Citizens One never sent an "intent to upgrade" e-mail. I called Citizens One today and all I got was an apology and statement that they'd send an e-mail eventually. I've
    already paid the thing off, but without this email will I get the upgrade kit?

    Okay, makes sense.

    To upgrade your Xbox there are steps you have to take on your end to initiate that process that are listed in the link above. That should get you the upgrade you are looking for.

    Further more, Citizen One handles the upgrade process.

    Congratulations! Iam glad to see that we were able to resolve your problem. I am going to post some additional information for anyone that might have the same issue that you were encountering. Citizen One is who you need to contact for any issues with financing, upgrading or trading-in your console. What I would suggest is to ask for someone that works within the Xbox All Access support team, and they will know how to assist with any issues. Here are two numbers you can call 1.800.950.1387 or 1.866.999.0076, option 1. Have a wonderful day, happy holidays and Happy gaming.
