    I was lucky and able to preorder and Xbox Series X yesterday using Xbox All Access through Gamestop. I currently have a line of credit for my existing Xbox One X and wanted to pursue the upgrade option. The upgrade instructions say that Citizen One will
    send me an email asking for my intent to upgrade, however it looks like the line of credit for my Series X was created with the shorter version of my name (Jeff vs. Jeffrey). Same SSN and all other info though. Is there a way I can confirm I did this correctly
    and that I just need to wait a day or two for the email from Citizen One? I contacted them and they said they didn't know. I may just be jumping the gun, but want to make sure I don't need to cancel my preorder.

    Okay, makes sense.

    To upgrade your Xbox there are steps you have to take on your end to initiate that process that are listed in the link above. That should get you the upgrade you are looking for.

    Further more, Citizen One handles the upgrade process.

    Congratulations! Iam glad to see that we were able to resolve your problem. I am going to post some additional information for anyone that might have the same issue that you were encountering. Citizen One is who you need to contact for any issues with financing, upgrading or trading-in your console. What I would suggest is to ask for someone that works within the Xbox All Access support team, and they will know how to assist with any issues.
