    Xbox all access terrible customer service possibly trying to trap consumers


    Just got the xbox all access bundle with the new gen consoles, series x. Its close to the payment date but for the last month I've been wresting with customer service because I cannot make the payment because they gave me no access to create an account to
    make the payment, you have to click on their link and create an account but the problem is you need an account number to make an account. I've obviously been looking and asking the customer service, they been giving me the run around with same answer, nothing
    just make the account, which obviously I can't.

    Its a different company that handles the payments(Citizen One), but the customer support number they gave me does not work while the other one are bots.

    I'm worried because I've bought the Xbox on credit, they have my ssn if I can't pay they may jack up my credit and give me a huge fee and put me at their will.

    I don't know what to do and I'm starting to believe the company Microsoft subcontracted to is a scam.

    Luckily I've had the same problem with century link and know some legal options available if they try to pull a fast one on me.

    Never buying another Xbox Product again, terrible and rude customer service. All they do is read off a script, with no real care for the consumer. No wonder your losing consumers.

    There is a sticky thread in both enforcement forums telling you they are no longer in use.

    They probably should be locked down but aren't for some reason.

    At least you now know this for the future.

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement which is why they can't help.

    You were warned,your warning is the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you started your account.

    You will not get a refund for anything i'm afraid & the rules are exactly the same on PSN although you do not get as many 2nd chances there.

    As long as your console is set to offline mode you can still play the majority of games although you obviously can't play online multiplayer.

    As the enforcement team do not use the forums you would need to look on the enforcement site to see why you were suspended & to file for a case review if eligible
