Xbox All Access Order Help

On September 10, I placed an online order for an Xbox All Access package thru Walmart. Order went thru and shipped on September 12 with arrival being on September 15. Long Story short Fed Ex lost my package. The shipper won't give me a waiver to file a claim about the package which leaves me with no recourse. FedEx blames the shipper, The shipper blames Walmart, and Walmart blames Fed Ex, and Fed Ex blames the shipper.

My question is who in the world is in charge of this Xbox All Access circus so i can get a resolution. As it stands now, I can't get a refund or a replacement.

The Xbox All Access purchase number starts with XAA- which is not a Walmart purchase order number but no one can tell me the actual purchase number for my order.

As FedEx lost the package you need to start an investigation with them
Or you need to contact Walmart to see if they can issue the refund

You can try using this proof of investigation and sent it to Walmart.

You can pre-order with All Access. It would be the same as a normal pre-order except you don't have to pay all at once.

Based on your description, you already have Citizens account ready however upon submitting the application to purchase their is always Internal Error that happens. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

May we ask if your Citizens account has balance and activated?
May we ask if you tried to make a purchase last week or this week?
