Xbox All-Access is a joke

It is all down to credit score, you could have all the money in the world but your credit score could be too low. also where you live is taken into account on credit score, if neighbours have really bad credit score then this also affects your area and yourself.

You have to go with the company that they provide

For example gamestop or BestBuy have different financiers

MS has their own company depending in your region

It's still a joke to offer it to customers, essentially giving them hope on scoring a new system, only to actually offer it to certain individuals. This just nothing more than a poorly developed plan, made by a company who proves time and time again that they care more about their customers money more so than they care about their customers.

I wanted to let you know that Xbox is not involved in the All Access program beyond providing the console and service as part of the package. The companies that are running the program and signing people up are in charge of that. I do apologize but I'm afraid you would need to continue dealing with the service you're trying to join.

I understand that you're upset. I wish I could give more information on the offer other than this FAQ https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptio.... But as this is a forum mainly populated by gamers I'm afraid our information is as limited as yours.
