Xbox All Access Available Now to U.S. Xbox Insiders

I would just like to add that there are features on Xbox LIVE in some regions that the U.S doesn't get, it's not a system where the U.S gets everything. For example, the UK Xbox LIVE has access to SKY TV. The U.S doesn't have access to this nor does any
other region for that matter other than the Republic of Ireland. We have SKY and no else does is because SKY only operate in the UK and Ireland.

Recently we had access to Netflix, this isn't the U.S service though, it's Netflix UK, we have it because Netflix recently set up shop here. Other regions will get it Netflix if and when it chooses to expand again in to other parts of Europe. This is down
to Netflix though not Microsoft. We also have LoveFilm which the U.S also doesn't have.

Of course the U.S gets the most services, because it's an American company, but don't fool yourself into thinking that they're just catering for the own country and ignoring everyone else, my own access to services not available in the U.S proves my point.
Rather than complaining to MS, you need to pester your own media providers to join Xbox LIVE.

Not sure exactly, just guessing here. Possibly the next episode of Inside Xbox, at Gamescom in August, or at XO19 in November.

All I know at the moment is people can sign up to be an Insider now for early access.

I suspect you are getting this message because your XBox is an "American Region" machine. Some content that is available in the U.S. (and vice versa) is "region locked," meaning, that even though the content is available in both countries, the ability to
download it is only available from the country in which the XBox was originally set-up in or migrated to. Unfortunately at this time, migration to a Canadian account (from the U.S.) or vice versa is not available at this time.

It's been available since Thursday. Please open the Xbox Insiders Hub (download it if necessary). You should be able to access the Beta from there.
