    Hi, I have some questions about xbox all access. My good friend started an xbox all access subscription in may (xbox one s) for her kids but they have prefer playstation instead, so now they dont use it. As I am looking to buy an xbox one i was interested
    in maybe buying it off her but had some questions about the subscription.

    1. Is the 24 month game pass ultimate bond to an account or is it bound to the console? Will I be able to use it on my gamertag as well if it already redeemed?

    2. Is there a way to upgrade the xbox one s to the xbox one x in the xbox all access subscription? I would personally prefer the xbox one x but I would love to help out my friend with her contract with Telstra

    Hi RicardoAmaro1,

    I believe the Xbox All Access is only available in the USA, United Kingdom and Australia and it is not available in other regions. Its not clear if there are plans to expand the program.

    No - I want to use the Australia Store, in Australia with my Australian credit-card (that pays my monthly Game Pass subscription with $AUD in Australia) on my Australian xbox one.

    (My understanding is the only way to access the Australia Store is to change the location setting - But as above, the console becomes unusable on a Australia location setting with multiple errors, that arnt experienced when set to US).

    This All Depends On A Country Or Regions, View On Game Classifications or The Game Developer Or Show, Might Not Have Given The Rights or Permission For XBOX Live! Marketplace, To Allow Access For Australia/New Zealand To Download etc.. The Same Thing Happens

    It is true that some content is not available in all countries so you will not have access to them. You can read about it here:

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    Some licensed content that you no longer have access to in Australia will still be available to you when you return to the UK. If it was a subscription service (for example xbox music, etc) that is not available in Australia the subscription will continue
    to run out even while you cannot use it. But you can re-add the service when you return.
