I was wondering how pricing would work with Xbox All Access for the Xbox Series X if I already have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription prepaid for 2 years?

Yes, the service has already been launched in some countries, but it is still in the beta stage, but all ultimate game pass subscribers already have access to the service.

If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

Pricing would still be the same. You would need to wait until you have 12 months left of Ultimate before redeeming the 24 months of Ultimate you get with All Access since you can only stack 36 months at a time.

Like others have already mentioned, with Game Pass Ultimate you get access to the Ultimate Edition of Gears 5 as long as you're a subscriber to GPU. If / when your subscription ends, then you will lose access to Gears 5 and the rest of the games.

Xbox Live gold is for online multiplayer. Game Pass has the games, you must subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or Game pass to access those games
