First, accept the task of changing your DNS settings:

Please, follow these steps:

Go to Profile and System > Settings

In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced Settings> Manual

On the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Save settings.

Not less importantly, defeating your Mac Adress issues:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

I got a crafting guild I and a few others freely use bank. I have no interest in alchemy anymore but I have several characters I go scavenging with and then just drop all in bank. Welcome to join if you want. Tell me location of items and ill get them while
hunting for wood n ore etc... us server guild is for craters to share so donate/take at will just msg me if interested.

That's unfortunate, I'm not sure what else you can do aside from keeping in contact with support. Perhaps you'll get lucky and find a breakthrough and they'll manage to get your account back. If they do delete names, keep up on it and perhaps you can snake
the name back if it becomes available again in the near or distant future.
