I'm incredibly sorry to see the situation you're in. Unfortunately, even with the serial number, we are not able to assist with personal item theft. These cases are better handled by the police, however it appears that they are not able to assist with the
situation.

If you have any renter's or home owner's insurance, we suggest filing a claim through your insurer to be able to purchase a new console.
