    I'm in South Korea. We bought an xbox and it's asking to verify my age.

    It told me to go to http://live.xbox.com/ageverification. There's a link there that says "Verify age". When I click on it, it takes me to a page with a button "Confirm Age".
    I click on that and it takes me to an error message for a website called siren24 https://ipin.siren24.com/i-PIN/jsp/ipin2_j01.jsp

    I went to the siren24 homepage and created an Ipin. The Siren24 website told me that it has verified my age through my phone number account. However - When I go back to the xbox site it takes me to the same dead link. There seems to be a problem with the link
    on the confirm age website.

    I contacted customer service about this twice. The first guy never got back to me. The second lady sent me a long email about why they verify ages, and a different link to go to verify ages www.xbox.com/verifyage .
    However - the webpage www.xbox.com/verifyage is missing completely. It redirects me to a "Page Not Found" link https://www.xbox.com/en-US/verifyage

    I tried doing it incognito and that doesn't help.

    I've tried every step on IE. Chrome. Safari. on my ipad, iphone, and desktop computer.

    I also checked that my birthday is correct on my account, I'm over 18, I tried setting up a parental account and that also didn't work.

    Anyone have any other ideas? Customer service isn't' answering.

    AGE verification in korea

    In Korea you have to be 20 to be considered an adult. It is unique to that country. If there is any way to get around it you will probably have to get someone on the phone or chat.
