    Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any information on the error code that you provided. What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried to power cycle your console?

    Getting this message simply means that we need to verify your age using the IPIN (Internet Personal Identification Number). The IPIN system is managed by KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency).

    Hi there. Sounds like a generic error message. Could you check your xbox account is adult with a birthdate over the age of 18. This has prevented people in the past and given the same error.
