    Please make sure to check on the conditions below.

    The Address 1 or Address 2 lines must contain one of the following variations: POBOX #, POSTALBOX #, POSTBOX #, POSTOFFICEBOX #, or BOX #, where # is a P.O. box number.

    Letters in the address can be uppercase or lowercase.

    Any of the following separator characters between letters: . , ; : # < > or a space.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello CaptainLateral, besides Saipan you tried to put some other location like Tinian or Route, just stop to see if it accepts the address, it would not be for equipment delivery purposes, but for billing purposes of the system itself.

    Since the CNMI islands are in Philipinas territory, I can't tell if the system is considering this when it comes to putting the address.

    Quis other addresses have you tried, is this the first time you're trying to add address to your Microsoft account?

    Profile address qustion

    When inputting an address, the street address goes into line 1 and any secondary addendums go into line 2. For example: [123 main street] is line 1. [Apt 12b] is line 2. (address used is purely fictional.)

    Same as above. It's the first part of your address. It should match what you have on the card. Line 1 would be like 1313 Mockingbird Lane
