    Hi, have tried all resets but nothing seems to work, whenever I try to add my old account back it just loads for a long time then takes me back to the home screen, any help would be great.

    My games are gone

    I had a similar issue after transferring from my old Xbox One to my new X. I ended up removing my account from the X and then adding it back in to resolve the issue. Everything was there after I added my account back to the system.

    So what do you want me to do then as I need to try and get this old account back as I made purchases on it and I have the xbox 360 that the account is on and I think it was 2 years ago in which I added my old account to my friend list so it does still exist

    Sign in issues made my account vanish?

    Make sure you have added old one. Not created new one. Basically you can just remove this account and sign back with account you want to login with.

    I've deleted my account off of both xbox's and re-added them but its literally doing the same thing as soon as I log in on the new xbox I get logged out and signed back in on my old console

    Cannot play with daughter on separate system.

    Ok, so she wasn't on my family group at all, I added her and nothing changed. Then I changed her age range to "20" and not "all", still nothing.

    Then I logging in to minecraft with my old, old account, added her as a friend and she added me, then it let THAT account join her world with 0 issues. I then logged back in with my actual account and it let me join as well. So maybe it's fixed, maybe it'll not work again tomorrow, who knows. No idea why a separate account would clear up issues with my main account and her account.
