Xbox adding back old account

I had a similar issue after transferring from my old Xbox One to my new X. I ended up removing my account from the X and then adding it back in to resolve the issue. Everything was there after I added my account back to the system.

So what do you want me to do then as I need to try and get this old account back as I made purchases on it and I have the xbox 360 that the account is on and I think it was 2 years ago in which I added my old account to my friend list so it does still exist

I am so sorry you are having issues with lost progress.

Unfortunately, there is no way to get your old account back if it was deleted 3 years ago.

Although, it is also impossible to create a new account under the same email. This might mean you never actually deleted the account because you were using the wrong email.

The first idea is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

You can find your username using this recovery tool: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Make sure you have added old one. Not created new one. Basically you can just remove this account and sign back with account you want to login with.

I've deleted my account off of both xbox's and re-added them but its literally doing the same thing as soon as I log in on the new xbox I get logged out and signed back in on my old console
