Xbox added a game that I haven't played

I've recently moved my Gamertag to a new profile. I then bought Halo Master chief Collection on that account and have only played that game. On my Achievements though, it has Destiny the game. I have deleted Destiny prior to creating a new account and I'm
left very angry over this. I have a 0% for a game that I will never play. I will now likely have to pay to move my Gamertag over once again when in fact I shouldn't have to. Sony has given their gamers the option to delete trophies yet Microsoft are unwilling
to do so. There is a rumour that it 0% achievements will delete over time however, a friend of mine has had a 0% game on his profile for a year. He has played other games and the 0% game wouldn't go away. I'm extremely disappointed with Microsoft about this
and I hope they can resolve this.

What would have made judgement perfect

I haven't played in a few days so have they added more game types or weapons, maps?

 

Stuck syncing data. Can't play Fallout 4

I haven't played since the first patch update was added. My game worked perfectly fine last time I played so I just don't understand at all
