    my xbox keep prompting the screen asking me if I want to shut off my Xbox and I’m not pressing the button and then it will open the Home thing but I’m not pressing the middle button on the Xbox controller

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Have you tried power cycling your Xbox One console by holding the power button for 10 seconds? Let's start with that and be sure to let us know if that helps! Xbox acting werid :)
