Xbox acount temporary blocked

my account has been blocked since July, whenever i unlock it, it is blocked again even when the console is off, where can I find out why it is blocked? Yes, I tried to contact technical support but they
said that they do not have access to such data, I also tried at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ but I did not find anything there, this account is important to me, I have a lot of games on it so I have no access to them

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about reaching out to someone regarding Enforcement actions on your account.

The only way to find out any information about your Enforfcment actions on your account is via the Enforcement website.

If using the Enforcement site you are unable to file for a
Case Review on your account regarding your ban or suspension then the only other option would have to be to wait until the suspension is over.

Keep in mind that if someone does report you for something, the Enforcement Team has to investigate before they apply any Enforcement actions to your account. In other words, suspensions are not immediate. There is no number to reach out to speak to an individual
via a one-on-one interaction.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

yea i know that but i wanna know where i can contact someone from microsoft who can have that informations

Did you have a ban or suspension? Possibly a permanent ban on the account? No one in the forums will have that information.

check your emails (including spam/junk folder) to see if someone has tried to change your password as that would lock your account.

also check for log in attempts by going to https://account.microsoft.com/security/ and see if there is any sign in activity that shouldn't be there.
