    Hi it's been awhile since I've received an update on the restoring of my Achievements. I saw some Xbox One Achievements pop up that I didn't even realize had been missing so I was happy to see some progress made but that was quite some time ago now as well.
    I'm getting my Xbox 360 out right now to delete and reinstall my profile again hoping maybe it needs some refreshing and all the Xbox 360 achievements have been restored! I know wishful thinking but I want to stay positive on this vs when it happened and I
    started rioting against my Xbox One X (still in the box unopened) and my Xbox One console but I've managed to overcome it and start using it again. Mostly just wondering if there is any news or progress that can be given. I recently spoke on the phone with
    support and they say the only way to get updates is via forum. I know everyone is busy and hard at work and I don't want to take any time away that can be used solving people's blights such as this. But it would be greatly appreciated to hear some sort of
    news on it. Hope I'm not being too bothersome and just know I really do appreciate all the effort everyone has put into this and comforting my woe and despairs!! I've never had issues like this or really any issues on Xbox over all this time but this definitely
    ensures me I've been with the right console/company all this time! Thanks again!

    Do achievements carry over from X360 for games on both X360 & X1?

    Achievements don't really carry over, well they show up on the Xbox One along with your gamerscore but you can't play the same game on both consoles and share the achievements for that game on both systems... if that makes sense (not too sure how exactly to word that)...

    It's sort of like the PC and Xbox 360 achievements (you could have played GTA IV on 360 and PC but they are 2 different sets of achievements even though those achievements are exactly the same).

    If you put in the Xbox One version of a 360 game it will not connect the 2 games together, so they are 2 sets of separate achievements.

    It's easy to do, bring up the Xbox guide by pressing the Xbox button, then select the achievements tab, and then select the option to show the list of achievements, and select the option to turn off the achievement tracker.

    Xbox 360 achievements do not have achievement tracking. It's possible the Xbox is showing the last game you completed before you played the Xbox 360 game.

    Users who got the Xbox 1 Day 1 Achievement and I also got a YouTube Achievement. But getting 0G for those achievements is kind of ???. Xbox 360 never gave me achievements with 0G it was at least 5G for all achievements. Some achievements unlock special avatar
    awards (on 360).

    Solution 2: Check your achievement progress online

    You can check the progress of your achievement online to verify that your console has synchronised with Xbox Live.

    To view your achievements online:

    1.Sign in at xbox.com and select Achievements.

    2.Select the title of the achievement you're trying to unlock.

    3.If the achievement appears under “Achievements,” it's already unlocked.

    If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully unlocked.
