Xbox achievements were hidden for some reason. What happened?

It’s not a particular achievement. It’s every achievement for all games other than my 360 games. All games registering 0/1000. When I go to check what the achievements are for a particular game it is showing 0/0 inferring there are no achievements for all the games. Same thing is happening on my Xbox app. It hasn’t changed my gamerscore, and I tested if achievements were still working and I was able to get an achievement to pop so they are still there somewhere. They are just hidden from view completely for every game.

hidden achievements are a result of some other privacy settings that people use.

my games list is hidden as are my achievements but that is only because i have every privacy setting available turned on,including blocking all messages,friend requests,online status etc.

i do it purely for my own safety and personal preferences.

you should still be able to view the profile and games list of those people you have played online with via your consoe.

The achievements can be hidden when viewing their profile on the console as well.

Some older games on the Windows Phones, older versions of Windows like 7 and 8 I believe, and certain if not all apps had their achievements hidden in their entirety some time ago. If you could very specifically find the game through searching menus
on things like the LFG page or in your own social and achievements pages its possible you'll be able to find those lists. Just because the lists are hidden doesn't mean the Gamerscore isn't on your account, I've had this issue with some older versions of the
Microsoft Casual games. Try using the 3rd party app/website TrueAchievements. It will help make sure all your achievement info stays tracked on a day to day basis.

I know it isn't applying to my account because I've looked at my Xbox Live profile, which doesn't show the achievement as being unlocked, and I've had True Achievements scan my profile (the achievement is still showing as unearned there).

UPDATE: Ok, I have no idea what happened, but even though I'd scanned and it didn't show up on TA, now 3 hours later it's showing up. Not sure what happened, but maybe unlocking some other WP game achievements pushed the Angry Birds Star Wars II achievements
thru.

I saw this happen in two situations:

1) Cheating. I am not saying it is your case, but if MS has identified that you have somehow circumvented an achievement, it can remove it from your profile.
2) If you won the offline achievement, then for some reason your achievements were not yet fully synchronized with LIVE, then you downloaded your LIVE profile again before they were synchronized, you can lose those offline achievements.
