Xbox Achievements not tracking in Xbox rewards app. Missing reward points.

Anyone having the issue where they are unlocking game achievements, but none of them are being tracked by the rewards app and are also not counting towards daily, weekly or monthly sets or rounds?

I've earnt numerous achievements in the past week and I am unable to claim the 50 points for a daily achievement, or complete the current task in the rewards app as my count in all still shows as zero achievements!

This is affecting;

Xbox Game Pass Hidden Gems

Rewards Weekly Set

Achieve more. Earn more.

January monthly bonus round.

It is purely achievement related for me as all non achievement tasks in this categories are showing as progressed or completed where applicable.

Looks to be sorted for me now, as of yesterday the achievements I won started counting towards all of my streaks

Same here. Not tracking consistently for over a month now. Some days it works and others it doesn’t. Not worked at all for over a week now. It seems to be a common problem that Microsoft don’t seem to be dealing with. I’m going to lose a 113 week streak and I’m unable to complete the January bonus. Hopefully it’s sorted soon.

If deleting then redownloading the app is not working then I'm afraid that your only option is to continue trying to get in touch with the support team via the link I posted above.

I see that they aren't tracking on the activity field but they do track in the background. I haven't had any issues with redeeming the offers myself due to this. Perhaps try deleting then redownloading the rewards app to see if that helps

Thanks for the reply Onyx.

I did raise a ticket but haven't heard back yet so thought i'd also reach out to the community to see if anyone else has the issue, or if it is just me! I could not see it on a google search as an issue or already on this forum so any information would be great than the current black hole I have

I've also logged it as an issue via the Xbox status page.
