Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

If your console was the one banned. Unfortunately there is no way to appeal to this
Console bans are permanent

Hi there,

if you can still download the profiles to the console, they are not banned, and an account can not be the cause of a console ban, only a tamperred console can be the cause.

So if you can download your accounts, all should be fine

You can definitely get permanently banned for more than just fraud or tampering. Those are simply examples of some of the things that could cause a permanent ban but its not a complete list.

sorry to say that even if you you change it back you will still have a record of it being blue and you can and will be banned for account tampering. so sorry to say your account will be banned eventually.
