Xbox accounts and B06

So this may be a long question but here goes. I’ve been working on my wife’s bo6 account and she’s been working on mine as I accidentally bout the terminator pack in her account and have a bunch of calling cards and such on her account that are very very hard to get. So I was wondering if I can switch the email on the account and possibly the account so I can play using my account instead of hers but still use the bo6 account with the stuff I’ve bought and unlocked. But have my hammer tag not hers. And so that she can play on her Xbox account on her Xbox? Sorry again for the long incoherent babbling. Thanks in advance

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you accidentally purchased a terminator skin pack on your wife's Black Ops 6 account.

All the skins and in-game items are bound to an account where it was bought or claimed. Unfortunately, switching them to a different account would not be feasible.

Thank you for the update. For us to isolate your issue, do you experience this error with other friends or just with this specific friend who plays on PlayStation? If yes, your friend needs to check their account on PlayStation side to make sure that adding friends are allowed in their profile.

I would recommend to share this information with your friend and contact PlayStation support for your friend's profile to be checked and make necessary adjustments.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues adding your friend in Black Ops 6. I understand that you're in Xbox App for Windows. Are your friends playing on Xbox? If yes, please ask them to allow the adult preset settings.

-Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

-Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox privacy.

-Select the Adult preset settings.

For your Xbox profile, Go to Xbox.com and sign in to your account (this must be an adult account).

Select your gamertag.

Select More options , then select Xbox settings.

Select Privacy & online safety.

Select either the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.
