Xbox Account was hacked, everything was changed.

Hi, my name is Bani, Gamertag DZiffyA, my Xbox account was hacked on 25/02/2025. I have no idea how to get it back. There is not a single Microsoft Support Email I can contact. I have all the proof that I was the rightful owner of this account. I have proof of the single-use code that was used to forcibly gain entry to that day. I have proof that the email address itself was changed. And I have many screenshots to prove I owned the account, but I need to be able to contact an actual Microsoft representative.

Hello AbedAmory, you can try contacting support via chat via the link below, however if the person who hacked your account and added 2FA Microsoft support will not be able to recover your account.

Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

So no way to recover a hacked account where everything has been changed but the Xbox gamertag. Personally, I feel like it is a bit dumb if it is not possible to do so
