Xbox Account suspension.

So I have been an avid gamer for 17 years. I am a Microsoft player primarily. Pc and Xbox ofc. I have played on the same account for 8 years since i created it on Xbox One. I had a different account on 360 since I never had online then. Well this past May my account was hit with a permanent suspension. I had not been on the account or said anything wrong since a previous suspension. Now for context the previous suspension was for LFG for putting my twitch name in it. I have looked and looked for any reason as to why they would have banned my account permanently... I had even tried putting in an appeal and asked for a reason then but all they did was deny my appeal. I think I just found the reason today. I was going through my old emails from Microsoft support team around the time of the ban since this account had meant more to me than my own flesh and blood. I am mentally ill and deal with lots of family trauma and need gaming to help keep me sane/alive really. It has even been endorsed by doctors and therapists that I keep gaming and whatnot for my health. Well I think I finally found the reason for my permanent suspension and I am lost now since I am pretty sure I am permanently suspended for something I didn't do and that I couldn't help. It turns out that the day before the suspension someone had gained access from Russia and used my account. Now I don't give my details to anyone since I don't trust anyone so I know it wasn't simply someone who gained info because I screwed up. Now that I am sure that that's the reason I am even more heartbroken because I lost over 40,000 hours of gameplay and $50,000 of content between games and in game content due to something that I couldn't help. Yes I know there are other things I could have put that towards but I have always paid my dues first so it was all extra money. The thing is I think I was banned for a mistake and it is permanent and I don't know what I am going to do now after 7 months of trying to fix this. I am lost.
