Xbox account suspension

Hello, Xbox Support.

My name is Kyle and my gamertag is .

Before I jump right into what I want to say, I just want to inform you that you can clearly check my records on any infractions, warnings, etc. I have absolutely none.

I had my cousin who is 11 years old which we shall name, "Bob". Bob came over on Thursday on 07/12/2018 and was spending the week over at my house. I always try to hide the headset from him since he does have a foul mouth and no matter what you say to him,
he will still continue to swear. Now, on 07/16/2018 my account was suspended from a lot of activity and I believe permanently suspended from being accessed on different locations. Now, I am very upset because around the time I got home which was around 4:45PM EST.
I gave Bob the headset to use since he was texting me and asking me all day long. Gave him the headset and around 6:37PM EST I got a notification mentioning about a suspension. I brought it up to Bob's attention and he was denying the whole thing. Now, I'm
not too mad at the point of time since it was going to be lifted on 07/23/2018 until I just checked today, stating that it is permanently suspended.

I would like to ask if there is any certain way I can try to rectify this situation because I did put a lot of money into Xbox. I've had an Xbox account since I've had my Xbox 360 which was about maybe 10 years old and once again...never had any infractions
towards my account.

I do not know what exactly happened in that time frame, since he will not tell me. I did try reaching out to Xbox Reenforcement but still haven't heard anything back.

Thank you for listening and I hope this gets fixed soon. I do not want to end up being permanently suspended for something that was out of my control. I did tell myself that if this does not get fixed, I will be moving over to Sony.

XBox One Account Suspension

My account was suspended due to a sensitive individual not being able to win a race mission/simulation in GTA 5. My son has not touched nor altered the X-Box 1 but yet is being accused of cheating by running people off the road during a race. The object of a race is to win ! Please enlighten me how a game filled with, violence, sexual innuendos and gore be classified as a game with rules when you can shoot and kill police. This is such "BS" !!!!!!! I will never buy another X-Box game and when subscription runs out, I will not renew. I knew I should have purchased a PS4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am truly pissed !


On top of that - You have to answer questions that covers the code of conduct just to get a case review. I have better things to do with my time than to answer questions. Everyone playing Grand Theft Auto should be mature or if not supervised.

Ha had to have ago to see what people have said about our account. 4 unsporting and 2 cheater in last 6 months. Just can't work out how my 7yr old daughter is rigging Roblox games?
