im literally banned for no reasoon also i had little kids reporting me on xbox for no reason xbox banning systems needs a big and fair improvement i was banned because apparently my profile such as my bio location motto was inappropriate
even though it actually wasnt xbox enforcement team should do something about this

The only place you can contact the enforcement team is at
enforcement.xbox.com. They no longer use these forums. Log in with the suspended tag and you can find out the reason and file a case review if you are eligible to do so.

Your gold does not carry over. Simply having someone make a complaint about you does not get you banned. Enforcement looks into each and every complaint and thoroughly investigates before any ban or suspension is issued. You can post here

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx to ask about your ban. In the event that your account ban was permanent then all content DLC AND LIVE is forfeited. In the event of a suspension then your gold continues to tick even while your off the system.

i ain't eligible enough but its stupid how xbox just banns innocent peoples profile that didn't cause any terrible actions such as me i didn't cause and bad actions

 

Hi, it is a myth that they suspend/ban innocent people. You would have been reported by another gamer, data is grabbed (message, voice etc) at the time of the report and sent to the enforcement team. Who then review it and if you have violated the code of
conduct, issue the relevant punishment.
