    My Xbox account was suspended in December due to my daughter’s activity on it. The account suspension theoretically expired yesterday, but she’s still not able to access it. How can I find out what’s going on?

    the console is suspended if you violated the terms of use. if the account is unsuspended you won' be able to use it on a suspended xbox
