Xbox Account Suspended Issue

Hello,

Over 10+ years ago I was suspended from xbox live due to unknown reasons. I am trying to install games onto my windows 10 PC using my xbox email address (which is still to this day my main email address) however when trying to sign into such a game called Minecraft Dungeons, it states I cannot play this due to my account being suspended / banned.

I bought the game Minecraft Dungeons last year in 2020 had no issue like this prior as i was able to sign in successfully and play it, however now this is preventing me playing a game I bought over a year ago with no issues.

As you can see the below steps are on how to create a case review for my account, however;

Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the Microsoft account that received the enforcement action.

Sign in

Note If you have a child account that’s part of a Microsoft family, an adult in the family must sign in to their Microsoft account. Case review enquiries for a child’s account must be submitted by a signed-in adult.

Select the orange box with the handshake icon.

Find the active enforcement action you have a question about, and then select Apply in the green box.

Select the tick box that you’ve read and agree with the Terms of Use, and then select Agree.

Answer the questions in a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct, Community Standards for Xbox, and associated policies.

After you’ve successfully completed the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.

Enter your questions about the enforcement action, and then select Submit.

There is no orange box and only the attached screenshot shows how I am unable to create a review for my account:

Please can someone look into this as i am looking to get back into Minecratf Dungeons as i have saved data there from when I played last year.

Hello Luka, the events you describe happened a long time ago, and your Enforcement profile is flawless, you've tried to play other online games with this account to see if it works, because if it works the ban might have been straight with Mojang.

I'm having the same issue. My Skype account has been suspended, and I can't seem to recover it. So I made a new Skype account. The problem is, when on my XB1, it keeps trying to sign in with the suspended account, which I have no access to. I need my xbox
to allow me to INPUT the sign in credentials, but it automatically uses my old account credentials, which, again, is a suspended account. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

It is not possible for your account to be suspended over a tenure issue. Please check the email associated with that account to find out why you were suspended.

What is the exact error you receive? does it say your account has been suspended due to a payment issue? or does it say you have been suspended from xbox live until ____ date ?

Hello there,

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! just to clarify, Is your account Permanently suspended or is it your console that's permanently suspended or is it both? If your account is permanently suspended and you're trying to download it to another console,
you won't be able to do so. However, if the account has no enforcement action on it and it's just the console that is permanently suspended, you should be able to download the profile to the new console without issue.
