I thinks it’s fair to say that if different people pay for the same content they share the same values and at that point reporting is just a tool used by insecure people who enjoy ruining the fun and spirit of the game for other people. And global services don’t care about kids. Kids can go find porn easier than they can buy an M rated game. The only thing that this live service cares about is kids are easier to cheat money out of than the actual adults the games are supposed to be for. Which is why it’s easier for Xbox to use bots to hand out suspensions in defense of butthurt children and then ignore the case, than to even pay for 5 minutes of a real persons time to realize the suspension was bogus.

M rating is only for.the game

And ir does NOT.give you a license to.insult or post anything.that isn't meant for kids

You gotta realize.that games and online services are global what maybe ok to you may not be ok for others

It’s insane that they don’t know the type of people that play their games. People who opt in to play M rated games should not have the right to report when they feel offended when the content they play is so much more saturated with the stuff this new generation is trying to avoid anyways. Like how GTA has literal prostitution and encourages violence, drugs and abuse, but account suspension is defined by the people who get their feelings hurt by another player. All it boils down to is Microsoft trying to get more children to play their games so they will steal their parents card information and use it without restrictions so that they don’t have to make good content anymore that attracts people who value innovation.
