    Xbox account suspended due to a hacker situation; how do I get back the games I paid for?


    My account was hacked, and Microsoft decided there was no way to resolve it, just suspend the account entirely. I've lost everything - games, progress, screenshots. I still have receipt emails for my game purchases, surely there must be some way to have the games transferred to a new account? Hundreds of dollars just gone.

    Statuscode 80162765

    If you get the error code 80162765 then it means your account has been suspended. This code means it was suspended due to it not being paid.
