Xbox account suddenly different

Hello, I created an XBox account at the end of March, on the address *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** with the Nick xXTalasiaXx. I added the game Sea of Thieves in Microsoft. Yesterday I wanted to play the game with friends, but found that my Xbox account does not exist anymore.
I had to choose a new Nick, or got this here. The game is no longer there. Now I have bought the game and suddenly can not use it anymore.

Oh and I use a translator, because all other support options are not available. So sorry, fals it is awkward to read.

Suddenly different gamertag

Hi,

Is this the gamertag that was previously named "QuotientBaer53" that you changed to "xRobbingHoodx"? If so, this gamertag you received is a randomly generated gamertag, this is further confirmed by your ability to change the gamertag of this account for free
which is only possible on newly created gamertags within the first 30 days of their creation. This happens when you login to a Xbox LIVE account that does not have a gamertag associated with it.

If you previously had an account and you know the gamertag to it, then please
reach out to Microsoft Chat Support to find out the e-mail associated with that particular gamertag. Click on the support page click Billing & Memberships, under Microsoft Account click
Forgot Microsoft Account Username. This will of course only work if you know the gamertag that you had prior to logging in with this randomly generated one.

I don't even remeber having a gamertag.

If I had one, it was most likely "myname.omg"

Nothing that could in any way offend anyone.

And can FNCs produce sth like QuotientBaer53 ?

for an issue like this you will likely have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support

make sure the country in the bottom left corner is set to the correct country to ensure you see the correct contact options.

Xbox Support should be able to check if there are indeed multiple Xbox Live Accounts connected to the same email address, if that is the case then they should be able to advise what steps to take to allow the currently inaccessible Xbox Live Account (with
Sea of Thieves attacked) to emerge again.

It's possible that you were given a Forced Name Ghange (FNC). Did your previous gamertag contain somthing that violated the Code of Conduct?

The gamertag "RobbingHood" is taken by someone, it might be you or someone else, not sure. It's also showing as having 0 gamerscore which either means it's
new or it's been taken for awhile. If you believe you made this gamertag, then please contact Microsoft Chat Support to find out the e-mail associated with that gamertag. If it's your account you should be able to get the e-mail associated with the tag by
providing the Microsoft Support agent the information they request (name, address, phone, etc).
