Xbox Account Stuck at 2000 followers for 5+ months

My xbox profile has been glitched for months. Probably close to 5-6 months at this point. It's stuck at 2000 followers. I've tried to find work arounds for the bug online, but there has been no helpful solution posted aside from people saying to just contact support at this point or that it will reside in a matter of weeks. It hasn't. I didn't think there was a follower limit. I've never tried to gain followers, but I saw that some people said it also glitched their friends list by deleting their added friends and then they could never add them back because it effectively blocked them and couldn't unblock them. I keep getting friend requests every day and it still stays at 2000. I've tried to unglitch it myself by adding and blocking the account from my families accounts but it didn't fix it. I've deleted the account from all the xboxes and have done a hard reset. I didn't have an insider account at the time, either.
