Xbox Account slow loading things or having trouble with messaging system

Dear gamers

Is your account slow loading your friends list , games on market place , community forums well i have discovered something that can help with improving good performance on your xbox accounts to give the best of xbox experience .

im going to explain why this happens !

First XBOX DVR is a feature that allows you to store game videos and pictures , Well over time the videos rack up and you can get alot of videos stored on your xbox this causes your internet connection to load all the video clips and files which slow other
features from loading faster . This includes loading your freinds accounts on your list , messages and also the dashboard features .

To fix this try deleting any old clips that you have stored i tend to keep around 10 altogether . make sure that you also delete them off your xbox system by going to MY PROFILE>WATCH>MANAGE CAPTURES>ON THIS XBOX every month make sure that you clear old
clips you dont need and this will provide improvements and you will sort of notice a change in speed of loading things.

Having trouble with messaging

For the past few weeks i have been having issues with messaging people from various xbox services, on android (both the normal and beta apps) i get the message "things are quiet around here"on pc (both the normal and beta apps) i get the message "we had
trouble getting your conversations" and on the website i get the message "an error has occurred". However if i go onto my xbox i can message people perfectly fine.

I have tried reinstalling all of the apps but the only thing that worked (albeit for a few mins) was resetting the normal PC app.

Does anyone have any advice? because this issue is extremely annoying.
