    Hello, I have recently noticed that my Xbox service age, (the number in the profile screen) is missing. Is this a common issue, and is it possible to get it back?

    Xbox account service age missing.

    That xbox service is tied to xbox live subscription. If you decided to not continue Xbox Live service than the number of years will not display. It like a continous service clock.

    It is important to understand that the age with which you have registered your xbox account has nothing to do with your actual age, if you have registered an account under 18+ of age that is considered under age from the service

    Changing the age under your profile data cannot change your xbox account from child to adult. If you have registered an account under 18+ of age in xbox live service that is a child account

    This only happens when you have registered a child account in xbox live. It doesn't matter your actual age what counts is the age you registered your xbox account in the service servers
